This client in River Park wanted me to update the family room and their living room. The family room was to become the new TV room and to start we remove the old fire place hearth and move the gas line into the floor. We installed drywall on the sides and face of brick as well as installing all the electrical and wood backing for the new flat screen TV. To finish it off we installed new slate tile, patch the floor with matching floating floor, all new texture, a three tone paint job, and a new cherry cabinet to the left to finish it off.
In the living room we removed a old built-in cabinets that were no very efficient, and replace it with a new maple cabinet. This room was to become the new game & workout room. With some new built-in ceiling speakers, can lights, and electrical ran in the right places it came out great. We finished this room off with some new texture, crown molding, and two tone paint to make it really pop.
